Diaphragm Metering Pumps

The JaecoFram 1™ is a hydraulically actuated diaphragm metering pump specially designed for accurate, completely leak-proof metering of difficult-to-handle liquids. Separate chambers for hydraulic fluid and gear lubricant make possible the use of the best medium for hydraulic diaphragm pulsing and the best medium for gear lubrication. The results are better pump performance and longer pump life. This diaphragm pump is available in both simplex and duplex models and is field convertible from simplex to duplex.

The Jaeco Series E is an electronically pulsed diaphragm metering pump designed for low-flow applications where flexibility, accuracy, compact design and economy are important. The stroke length and stroke rate are both manually adjustable for a turn-down ratio of 10:1.

Packed Plunger Metering Pumps

The JaecoPak™ is a packed plunger metering pump with a streamlined design and rugged construction that provides low-cost, uninterrupted, trouble-free service for the continuous accurate metering of chemicals and solutions. The positive displacement supplies a simple and virtually maintenance-free approach to accurate chemical feed. This metering pump is available in both simplex and duplex models and field convertible from simplex to duplex. The capacity is manually adjustable, but only while pump is stopped, as a safety precaution and for tamper resistance. The capacity is easily automated using a variable-speed drive.

The Jaeco Hi-Flo™ is a packed plunger metering pump designed for heavy duty positive displacement for continuous, accurate metering at higher flow rates and/or pressures.The positive displacement supplies a simple and virtually maintenance-free approach to accurate chemical feed. This metering pump is also available in both simplex and duplex models and holds an accuracy of ± .5% at steady state.

316 Stainless Steel Check Valves

The two types of check valves utilized in the metering pumps are the ball check valve and the O-ring poppet check valve. They are spring loaded, cover a wide range of sizes, can handle pressures up to 2,500 PSI, can handle temperatures ranging from -15 degrees to +400 degrees and are all of durable 316 stainless steel construction.
