Industrial and Chemical Metering Pumps

Jaeco provides products to a wide variety of industries including chemical, refining, fiberglass manufacturing, automotive, industrial coatings and vehicle washing. Jaeco metering pumps are used to inject a virtual cornucopia of fluids into processes including anti-corrosives, sodium hypochlorite, sodium hydroxide and sulfuric acid as well as detergents, waxes, resins and other additives. There are not too many applications our metering pumps cannot handle.

As an example, another customized metering pump product we developed for a customer in the fiberglass manufacturing industry is a duplex plunger metering pump where one arm pumps the resin and the other pumps the catalyst in a predetermined mix at a very precise rate.

Jaeco’s Grip-Seal™ Stainless Steel compression fittings are used in test system set-ups as they are easily disassembled and can be re-used for the same application or used somewhere else.

• As an example, a fiber manufacturing facility where the discharge lines became easily clogged utilized the Grip-Seal™ compression fittings and was able to easily dis-assemble the discharge lines, clean them of blocked fibers and return the plant quickly to service.
