Jaeco Fluid Systems, Inc. produces JaecoTank chemical feed systems in single or multi-tank models with capacity ranging from 5 to 50 gallons.

Features and Benefits:

• Ready to operate assemblies provide long life, maintenance-free, accurate metering of a wide variety of chemicals and solutions.
• Individually designed to meet specific application.
• Tank material include polyethylene, 304 or 316 stainless steel or reinforced fiberglass to meet specific chemical resistance requirements.
• Available with diaphragm, packed plunger or combination diaphragm/packed plunger metering pumps for maximum capatibility, control and flexibility.
• Metering Pump turn-down ratio of 10:1 with an accuracy of ±.5% at steady state.
• Metering Pumps are mounted under the chemical feed systems on strong steel base making them easily accessible for routine maintenance or capacity adjustment.
• Optional safety relief valve relieves metering pump discharge pack into storage tank in the event of excessive line pressure or shut-off of valve in discharge line. Drain valves are also available.
• Single ball check valves, standard on both suction and discharge sides of the metering pump, provide accurate metering and fast response. The valve ball turns with fluid flow, constantly presenting a new face to the seat, and is therefore self-cleaning.
• Tank stand sized to accommodate multiple metering pumps if necessary.
• Metering capacities from .038 to 628 GPH at pressures to 7,200 PSI.
• A wide range of per-wired manual and electronic controls
• Metering pump and stand epoxy painted, completely assembled and fully tested before shipment.
